Moira Thompson
Director of Programs
Moira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs from Saint Louis University. In the fall of 2023 she returned to Keyway as Director of Programs after overseeing Covenant House Missouri’s residential department. Moira had previously served as the Schirmer House Program Manager for the Center for Women in Transition. She provides strategic leadership to develop and implement systems to ensure that a high quality of individualized services, goal-oriented support, and appropriate supervision is provided for all Keyway participants. Moira provides oversight to ensure that individuals are supported in identifying and achieving individualized goals through effective program planning, oversight, management, advocacy, and coordination. She is passionate about providing a welcoming, supportive sanctuary to those in need by understanding the unique needs of each individual.
